A plant at Perundurai SIPCOT is a different installation from a shop in Erode town. The perimeter is long, the yard has no walls to mount on, and the nearest network point may be a hundred metres from the gate. Those three facts decide the whole design.
For long runs we use fibre between buildings or a PoE extender on the intermediate segment, with a switch at each end. It costs a little more than a single long copper cable, and it is the difference between a system that runs for years and one that drops cameras as soon as load increases.

Warehouse and dispatch monitoring
In a warehouse the useful footage is at the dock and the gate: what left, when, and on which vehicle. We place cameras so the vehicle, the driver and the loading activity are all in frame, and keep the recording continuous at those points.
AMC for existing plant systems
Many Erode plants already have a CCTV system installed years ago by a local vendor who is no longer reachable. We take up AMC for such systems: camera-by-camera health check, hard disk and NVR status, cleaning, settings review and a written list of what is failing and what it costs to replace.

For runs beyond 100 metres we use fibre between buildings or a PoE extender on the intermediate segment, with a network switch and weatherproof enclosure at each end. Long copper runs look cheaper on the estimate and then drop cameras once the load increases.
Can you cover an unlit yard at night?+
Yes. For unlit yards and approach roads we specify low-light or IR long-range cameras rather than relying on colour footage that goes black at night. We check the actual lighting at the site during the survey.
Can you take over maintenance of our existing CCTV system?+
Yes. We start with a camera-by-camera health check and give you a written report on what is working, what is failing and what it costs to replace, then propose an AMC scope that fits.
