Long cable runs and multi-floor units

Yes. For steam and chemical areas we use IP66-rated cameras with sealed cable joints and route the cabling clear of the steam line. Ordinary indoor cameras fail early in those conditions, so we specify differently for that section instead of installing the same model everywhere.
Can we watch all our Tirupur units from one phone?+
Yes, where the units use the same DVR/NVR brand. We configure each unit and set up the multi-site view, then verify it with you during handover.
How long does installation take for a unit with 20–30 cameras?+
It depends on cable routing, whether conduits already exist and whether work has to be done without stopping production. We plan the schedule at the survey and, wherever possible, run cabling during a shift change or a holiday to avoid disturbing production.
Do you give an AMC for the CCTV after installation?+
Yes. Annual maintenance covers scheduled checks, hard disk health, camera cleaning, DVR settings and priority breakdown visits as per the agreed scope. Many Tirupur units take AMC because a camera that fails silently is only noticed when footage is needed.
